Operated by NELK, Full Send is a $100 million Canadian-based e-commerce brand specializing in bold apparel, lifestyle gear, and exclusive limited-edition drops–led by top YouTube influencers with a combined following of 30M+ followers.
The slogan Full Send, is the ability to do any activity wholeheartedly with confidence and with absolute passion. With roots in social media and digital marketing, the brand has grown into a full-scale media company, producing content, merch, and experiences that reflect its core philosophy: going all in.
Working closely with the creative director and sourcing manager, I led social media campaign design across web, email, and print, while also designing product packaging, accessories, and select merchandise for the Full Send Shop—all reflecting the brand’s bold, all-in attitude.
Role
Collaborated with the merch product development and sourcing teams to design products, mockups and packaging, while working closely with the creative director to ensure graphics aligned with the brand’s identity across visual and video content formats.
Problem
Full Send required vibrant, trendsetting, theme-driven merchandise designed and produced rapidly for exclusive, one-time drops, capturing the essence of college culture and dominating the competitive lifestyle market.
Solution
Each exclusive, theme-led drop was tied to YouTube content that drew in millions of views, so the products needed a distinct look. Social media graphics were strategically designed to guide viewers from content to the website, creating a seamless flow from hype to purchase. Packaging was kept minimal to let both the product and brand stand out without distraction.
Result
The exclusive, theme-led drops—supported by viral YouTube content and social media hype—consistently led to merch and accessories selling out within minutes to days, successfully driving hype, urgency, and achieving the brand’s sales and engagement goals.
